Two 1990 Berkey Columbus Puzzles!!
Assembling the "easy" parts of this 18x24" jigsaw puzzle...
...next come the hard parts...
...Finished! It took me a day and a half...
(Notice the nice large size of the puzzle next to a couple pocketbooks)...

These 2 puzzles from 1990 were not on any Berkey Checklist, and never posted on any other Berkey website -- until I located them!
12 years earlier in 1978 Berkey did this painting of Columbus' ships for a Honeywell ad:

I finally finished putting the puzzle together -- as I was doing it I was sure that it was missing some pieces, and I was right! It was missing 10 pieces!!! Oh well...

This puzzle is so rare that the Berkey family didn't even have a copy of it! I had an extra, so in February 2011 I gave it to Demi Berkey...

BELOW: This was a big surprise, I found another jigsaw puzzle by Berkey that was not listed on anyone's checklist nor posted on any other website!...
...and notice how the box cover didn't show the right side of the puzzle!...
